The rapid expansion of Islamic financial technology has created significant opportunities to enhance financial inclusion while simultaneously introducing new challenges related to consumer trust. This study aims to examine the role of Sharia compliance in strengthening consumer trust in Islamic FinTech services by synthesizing recent scholarly evidence. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 framework to ensure a transparent and systematic review process. A total of 30 publications published between 2022 and 2025 were selected from reputable academic sources, including Scopus, Web of Science, Crossref, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Dimensions. The reviewed studies were analyzed using thematic analysis and narrative synthesis to identify the principal dimensions of Sharia compliance and their relationship with consumer trust. The findings indicate that Sharia compliance is a multidimensional construct encompassing Sharia governance, contractual compliance, transparency, ethical financial practices, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of Maqasid al-Shariah. These dimensions collectively strengthen institutional credibility, reduce consumer uncertainty, and promote trust in Islamic digital financial services. The study proposes a comprehensive conceptual framework demonstrating that effective Sharia compliance enhances technology adoption, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and the long-term sustainability of Islamic FinTech services. These findings provide valuable theoretical insights and practical implications for regulators, Islamic financial institutions, and FinTech providers seeking to strengthen consumer trust through comprehensive Sharia compliance.
