Focus and Scope

This journal covers a wide range of topics, including but not limited to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), principles of Islamic law (uṣūl al-fiqh), maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, Islamic family law, criminal law, constitutional law, commercial law, and comparative legal studies. It also includes research on the application of Islamic law in contemporary legal systems, legal reform, human rights, environmental law, and the intersection of Islamic law with social, political, economic, and technological developments.
